Jette Helin, PMP, is a senior project manager with over 20 years of experience in the field who consistently achieves excellent results in her projects. Starting her career with BC TEL (now TELUS) in information technology, she has branched out to include other sectors in her portfolio.
One of her recent successes included working on several key projects for TransLink for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. She was responsible for the Transportation Demand Management project, which exceeded its targets of reducing traffic into the city of Vancouver during the games.
While her work has primarily been on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams, she also has considerable experience managing small projects for not-for-profit organizations. Having worked overseas for several years, she is adept at and enjoys working with diverse cultures.
Jette is on the Board of Directors for the Wideman Education Foundation (WEF), which seeks to promote sound project management principles and skills in the student community. She is a also a part-time ESL teacher.
